Felipe Mena Trio

Felipe Silva Mena is a multi-instrumentalist musician (guitar, mandolin, double bass) who has forged a rich musical path from Chile (his country of origin), through Argentina, then with his arrival in France.

Felipe decided to form his own trio in 2019. The “trio” formula is purely thoughtful as it allows him to combine his South American culture with a personal and still quite free interpretation from his two musicians.

Sendero Infinito, the trio’s first album, was released in October 2022 on the MazetoSquare label. The trio signed a licensing agreement with the label for the production, distribution and marketing of the album.

Also, the trio had the chance to perform on the Chilean jazz scene, in July 2022, to present their album.
