Exit from the residence
“NIGHT” is the first solo EP of the French musician VILLEMIN. Composed of five original tracks mixing piano and electronic textures, she depicts a nocturnal and mysterious landscape, inhabited by ethereal sounds and sometimes close to the human voice.
“A long process of shaping the analogue synthesizer was necessary to bring these new sounds to life, giving them breath and free movement, but also some imperfections such as breath, imprecise attacks, rales. I wanted them to have something archaic, somewhere between moaning, chanting and sighing.”

VILLEMIN grew up in an eclectic musical environment, between the rehearsals of his lyric soprano mother and the CDs bought by his older brothers.
