Since the early 2010s and the acoustic parenthesis “When The Rain Comes” / “Driftwood”, the Jones brothers’ band seems to be enjoying a second golden age, reflected on stage by classy, exalted concerts and a growing audience. 2024 saw the release of “Mother-of-Pearl Moon”, less than two years after “The Bone Carver”, a delicate record with lush, understated orchestration that broke new ground for the band, notably with the addition of electronic parts in places.
