A sonic UFO from Bogotá, the dreaded Los Pirañas represent THE psychedelic sound of 21st century Colombia. Spearheading the revival of the Colombian scene and composed of three of the country’s most visionary underground activist musicians: Eblis Alvarez (Meridian Brothers), Mario Galeano (Frente Cumbiero, Ondatropica) and Pedro Ojeda (Romperayo), the trio pushes South American music (cumbia, vallenato, chicha, champeta) into the joyous confines of avant-garde eccentricity!
