Felsenmeer

Felsenmeer is a quartet led by clarinettist Joséphine Besançon, with Charles Paillet (guitar), Fanny Bouteiller (double bass) and Matheo Ciesla (drums). Inspired by classical, contemporary and jazz music, the group creates compositions that evoke impressions of spaces and landscapes. Supported in 2024 by Le Périscope’s TanDEM program, this inaugural concert reflects the inventiveness of the young local jazz scene.
