The evening will celebrate the release of the cassette Heloïse Francesconi – Croisette & Mtua – Musette on Lyon’s independent Groovedge label!
The duo Héloïse Francesconi & MTUA came together at the SUMO artists’ studio in Lyon during a series of concerts organised by the venue. They immediately wanted to work together. They then shared the stage on several occasions, and released a split cassette in June 2024 on Groovedge Records.
To celebrate this release, Iels will be performing a long, ethereal and somewhat ceremonial duo set, or two solo sets. Together, they create a vivid sonic canvas, creating an immersive experience.
Vincent Jehanno will open this grand live ball with his compositions, games and improvisations in real time on a Revox B77 tape recorder.
